For-Credit Internships
As a Kelley Indianapolis student, you have the opportunity to receive 3 credits for an internship related to your major. As a participant in the For-Credit Internship Program, you will enroll in a 3 credit hour, graded course (you don't have to attend an actual class) and complete a project you will turn in at the end of the semester in which you are enrolled. The program is available in the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters and can be applied to an internship or job related to your major.
Application Deadlines:
- Fall 2009: September 25, 2009
- Spring 2010: February 10, 2010
- Summer 2010 : June 11, 2010
- Fall 2010: September 24, 2010
- Spring 2011: February 9, 2011
- Summer 2011 : June 10, 2011
In order to participate in the program, the following criteria must be met:
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.5
- Have completed and passed I-Core prior to beginning the internship
- Work a minimum of 160 hours over the course of the internship
- Internship must be major-related
- Meet with the Internship Coordinator to review the internship prior to approval

The final 2 pages (everything except for the Project Proposal Form) should be signed and dated by both the student and employer and can be dropped off, emailed or faxed to the Career Planning Office (BS4090).
