As a student at Kelley, you'll have access to a one of the largest and best services of its kind in the country. Our outstanding Career Placement Office (CPO) provides you with the tools and opportunities to be successful in your job search.
In 2006-2007, 417 companies conducted interviews at Kelley, and an impressive 91% of graduating seniors had reported employment or graduate school acceptance. The median salary topped $50,000, with almost half of those students offered sign-on bonuses ranging on average from $3100-$5600. Additionally, over 75% of juniors reported an internship.
We introduce you to the CPO early in your academic career at Kelley. As early as your sophomore year, you'll take the first of two required career-planning courses and begin to consider where you want your Kelley degree to take you. Over the course of your junior and senior years in particular, you'll be able to make use of the CPO to identify internships and job opportunities, and they'll help you prepare for and schedule interviews.

Fortune 500 companies from coast to coast and everywhere in between recruit Kelley students. Some of companies that have made recent campus visits include Ernst & Young, General Electric, Intel Corp., Goldman Sachs & Co., Kohl's Department Stores, Motorola, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Procter & Gamble, and Target. Target, for the fourth year in a row, was the top hiring company for full-time jobs and internships.
