Purpose of the Ombudsman
The Kelley School of Business Ombudsman is an impartial concerned party whose primary role is to help students resolve problems involving or affecting them. The services provided by the Kelley Ombudsman do not supersede nor replace other university grievance or appeals procedures but may supplement or enhance them. The Ombudsman's goal is to offer assistance to the student as early as possible to resolve whatever issue may be at hand. However, if further support is necessary the Ombudsman is available to guide the student through the necessary processes to resolution.
An introduction to the Kelley Ombudsman

My name is Jane McDonald and I am serving as the Kelley Ombudsman for the Kelley School of Business. I understand there will be times in your education where you may need assistance with an academic related concern or situation. In my role as Ombudsman I am here to assist you through this process. It is my hope that together we will be able to work through and resolve the matters at hand.
