How can the Ombudsman help me?
- By carefully listening to your concerns in an impartial manner
- By looking into your concern and explaining relevant university policy and procedures that may assist you in your situation
- By helping you evaluate your options
- By addressing your concerns with other university officials with your permission and at your direction in an effort to resolve the issue at hand
- By making referrals to other campus and community resources
- By striving to assist students and others involved in receiving fair and equitable treatment within the Kelley School of Business
- By advising you of your rights within the university--but please note: the Ombudsman does not provide legal advice
